Centering Prayer is a contemplative method of prayer that facilitates opening the mind and heart to God. A group at Grace meets twice weekly, Mondays on Zoom and/or Fridays in the parlor, to practice this type of prayer. The zoom link can be found in the "on the calendar" section of your email newsletter.
A time of silent prayer is followed by reflection and sharing; instruction is available for those unfamiliar with Centering Prayer.
