Tara Goetz, LPC at 360 Therapy, will lead an Internal Family Systems Therapy Group at Grace Church on Tuesdays* from 9:15 – 10:45 AM beginning June 4. “Parenting from the Inside Out” will examine how to overcome your barriers to calm and confident parenting, tap into your clarity for more effective and balanced parenting, and connect with your child.
This group is experiential. Each participant will have an opportunity for one session for individualized focus and internal exploration with the leader. Group members share according to their comfort level. Every participant is required to bring a journal for self-observation. Suggested reading is Introduction to the Internal Family Systems Model by Richard Schwartz, PhD.
