Spring is here, and we’re heading outdoors for a simple, reflective service that invites us to worship with the sounds of birdsong, fresh air, and the beauty of creation as our chapel! Join us for Eucharist at Linwood Nature Preserve this Sunday, March 22 at 8:15 AM.
Come a few minutes early to park (415 Linwood Drive, Gainesville) and walk to the gathering spot. Wear comfortable shoes, dress for the weather, and feel free to bring a chair or blanket.
The outdoor service meets concurrently with the regular Rite I Holy Eucharist in the nave. Whether you join us outdoors or in the nave at Grace, may this new season invite you to slow down, listen closely, and notice the ways God meets us—in every place and moment.
We will gather in the nave on Tuesday, March 24 at 6:00 PM for meditation, stillness, and healing with Rebecca Turk.
We know that everyone can benefit from a time of reflection and deep meditation, and all are welcome to participate—and bring a friend to share the experience with.
For the most restful experience, bring your yoga mat, a blanket, and any bolster or pillow you prefer and experience the sound bath resting in Savasana. You may also choose to experience it sitting in the pews, and you’re welcome to bring a cushion or pillow to make you more comfortable.
The March 24 sound bath at Grace is free and open to the community. Doors will open at 5:30 PM.
EYC families interested in participating in the Boston Pilgrimage, October 10-13, will meet in the youth room after the 10:45 service on Sunday, March 29.

Beautiful flowers and greenery enhance our celebration of The Resurrection at Grace Church, and you can help make that celebration special. Contributions to our Easter flower fund may be made in thanksgiving for or in memory of loved ones, friends and family. Notice of your donation will be included in the worship bulletins for The Great Vigil and Easter Day.
If you would like to make an offering, please submit both the online form and your donation on or before 9 AM on Monday, March 30.
Easter FlowersHelp us make this year’s Easter egg hunt extra fun for our kids! We’re asking for donations of plastic eggs filled with individually wrapped candy. You can drop them off at church anytime before Sunday, March 29.
We begin Holy Week at Grace Church on Palm Sunday with a commemoration of Christ’s triumphal entry into Jerusalem.
On Maundy Thursday we celebrate the institution of what we have come to see as the Holy Eucharist and on Good Friday commemorate the Crucifixion of our Lord. The Great Vigil on Saturday evening is the pivotal service that symbolically marks the transition of Jesus Christ from death to life. These three days are known as the Easter Triduum and are often treated as one single, continuous liturgy.
Our celebration of the Resurrection will continue with services and family activities on Easter Day.
We invite you to join us – all are welcome!

March 29
Please join us for our Grace Forum on Sunday, March 29 (Palm Sunday), from 9:30–10:30 a.m. in the Parish Hall, where we will be blessed by a special performance from the Gainesville Ballet Company. Eighteen (18) ballerinas will offer a dance as part of our journey through The Artist’s Way, as we explore creativity as a sacred gift and reflect on how artistic expression deepens and enriches our spiritual lives. All members of our congregation, along with our children and youth formation classes, are warmly invited to share in this beautiful morning of faith, art, and community.
Look ahead to upcoming opportunities for prayer, worship, and community!
