Our summer Women’s Study will continue on June 19, July 10, and July 24 from 6:00-8:00 PM. We are gathering in one another’s homes to explore women of the Bible, and share a time of learning, fellowship, and fun.
On June 19 we will meet at Polly Jones’ home and Laura Rives will lead us in a discussion of the story of Rahab. Please bring a snack or beverage to share, and your sense of adventure as we learn more about risk-taking Rahab. For more info call Cheryl at 770-536-0126.
During VBS this year, children will be learning how to love like Jesus by exploring what the Bible says about Who Is My Neighbor? and how we should treat our neighbors. As part of that process, we are partnering with the Georgia Mountain Food Bank to collect food and prepare PIN (“person in need”) bags for people seeking emergency assistance from the Food Bank.
