News for December 27 – January 2

Zoompline

Our Zoom Compline service will not be held on Thursday, December 31 or Friday, January 1.

Prayer Yoga for 2021

With a new year looming and possibly some new intentions to take better care of ourselves being made – come join us for prayer chair or flow yoga classes each week via zoom. Chair yoga meets on Mondays at 2:45 PM and flow yoga meets Mondays at 3:45 PM or Thursdays from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM. With COVID and so many sheltering in these days, our classes have become a wonderful support group for each other. It is always nice to “see” faces! The classes are free and open to anyone. New participants welcome and no experience is necessary.

For more info contact Karen Murphy.

Parish Office Closed

The staff and clergy will close their virtual offices and take some time for rest and family on January 1.

Annual Meeting Save the Date

With so many details to consider in these days, the vestry felt it would be wise to give ourselves a bit more time to prepare the budget and gather vestry nominees. To that end, our Annual Parish Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 10 at 7:00 PM on Zoom. A link will be posted online and sent out soon.

Also, don’t forget that the parish will elect four new vestry members from a slate of eight. The election will be by mail this year, and ballots will be mailed to every household on record after the first of the year. We will send out more specific instructions after Christmas, but save the date now for this crucial Annual Meeting.
