Although we were tentatively planning to resume Wednesday evenings together on September 8, we are also very aware of the increasing cases of Covid in our area. It is important to be careful with shared meals indoors, for adults and especially for children. The entire team is looking at details with choristers, adult choir, and potential meals, and we will do what is the safest for the community. We will continue to watch this closely and make a final decision about Wednesday dinners by the end of the month.
Danny Kahn, the Master Distiller for award-winning 1792 Bourbon, will be kicking off the Men’s Ministry series on Friday, September 10 from 7:00 – 9:00 PM at Grace. In addition to learning about the history and production of bourbon, we will have an opportunity to taste a variety of different examples. And if anyone has a “beer question” Danny can answer that too, as the previous brewmaster for Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.
