Registration for the 2024-2025 academic year began Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 8:00 AM. Enrollment is now closed for classes Pre-Toddler thru 3s. Only Pre-K Enrollment remains open.
If you have a child who is not eligible for Pre-K in 2024-2025 but would like to be enrolled, please fill out the registration form below to join our waitlist. If there are certain days you must have, early registration is recommended. Please note the specific days you need in the Comments & Questions section of your application. Openings are limited and enrollment is filled on a “first come, first serve” basis within the priority levels listed below:
At registration, children are placed into classrooms using the following age groups as a guideline:
Infants: 6 months – 14 months
Toddler: 15 months – 23 months
Younger Two: 2 years – 2 years, 4 months
Middle Two: 2 years, 4 months – 2 years, 8 months
Older Two: 2 years, 8 months – 3 years
Younger Three: 3 years – 3 years, 4 months
Middle Three: 3 years, 4 months – 3 years, 8 months
Older Three: 3 years, 8 months – 4 years
PreK: 4 years – 5 years (5 days classes and one 3 or 4 day class depending on interest)
Annual tuition is based on the number of days children attend and is paid on a 10-payment schedule. Annual tuition does not include summer sessions.
2 days: $2,300.00 (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
3 days: $2,600.00 (Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays)
4 days: $2,900.00 (PreK is Tuesday-Friday)
5 days: $3,200.00 (Monday-Friday)
For PreK students: Your registration will not be complete until the non-refundable $75 fee is received. Once application form and payment are received, your child will be placed and you will receive a confirmation email to the address provided. Payment may be made online with check or credit card – please select “tuition” as the payment type. You can also send a check (made payable to COG) to Children of Grace Preschool, 422, Brenau Avenue, Gainesville, GA 30501.
