Dear People of Grace,
I hope your week is starting well, and prayers for all in these days—those who are ill, those who are preparing for surgery or recovering, those who are mourning, those who are celebrating new births. Our parish is full of opportunities to reflect on God’s presence with us, and I am thankful for all the ways this community shares its gifts.
Below is a reflection I made, to highlight key items with our budget and stewardship campaign. But more than that, I think it highlights our ongoing opportunities for discipleship in this parish, the many ways we can share gifts and embody Christ’s compassion in this world.
In addition to this, I would encourage you to participate in this month’s Grace Days of Service—Volunteer Blitz. This is a wonderful way to become more conscious of how we can share love and support to the wider community. Thanks to the Outreach Team for the ways they nurture our call to compassion!
