Sound Bath

Tuesday, March 24

We will gather in the nave on Tuesday, March 24 at 6 PM (nave will be open beginning at 5:30 PM) for a time of meditation, stillness, and healing with Rebecca Turk.

We know that everyone can benefit from a time of reflection and deep meditation, and all are welcome to participate—and bring a friend to share the experience with.

For the most restful experience, bring your yoga mat, a blanket, and any bolster or pillow you prefer and experience the sound bath resting in Savasana. You may also choose to experience it sitting in the pews, and you’re welcome to bring a cushion or pillow to make you more comfortable.

This sound bath at Grace is free and open to the community. There is no need to register.

This space is offered by The School for Prayer and Spiritual Practice at Grace Episcopal Church. We believe that the renewal of the church as a faithful community must be grounded in the transformation of the heart that comes from deepening our practice of prayer.
