| The Outreach Committee is a group of hard working and committed parishioners who take their duties very seriously and realize that they are entrusted with the responsibility of using outreach funds wisely. Ten percent of the budgeted operation fund income is committed to outreach. The Committee commits funds to agencies and programs at the beginning of the year and also funds agencies, programs or individuals on an emergency basis throughout the year. The Atlanta Diocesan Programs and Operations receives ten percent of the last three years average net disposable income from Grace Church.
Grace Church parishioners are active in giving time and talent to many community organizations - the most notable being
Habitat for Humanity, Good News at Noon, a Boy Scout Troop,
a Cub Scout Pack, and the Food Pantry. The church facilities are available
to many worthy community activities. |
