Come to GWAG!

Great Wednesdays at Grace, our Wednesday night offering more affectionately known as GWAG, is the third largest regularly scheduled event held by Grace Church, right behind our two Sunday worship services. GWAG has two components—the meal, which is a fellowship event designed to enhance our communal life together, and the program, which is a Formation event designed to contribute to the lifelong process of growing in relationship with God and each other. Supper is served at 5:45 PM and the program begins at 6:30 PM. You’ll find good food at a great price, nice people, and interesting programs!

The cost of the meal is $7 for youth (6th grade and up) and adults and children (5th grade and under) eat free. Please note that children in this age group can select the child's entrée or a half portion of the regular entrée. The family maximum is $20.

Reservation Information

To make a reservation at church: Sign up at the information table.

To make a reservation by email: Email Brenda no later than Sunday evening. Because email delivery is sometimes delayed, please phone in your reservation on Monday
mornings. Please also call on Monday morning if you make an email reservation and do not receive confirmation in return. The email should include the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your telephone number in case we have questions about your reservation.
  • Number of adult/youth meals (6th grade and up) needed - be sure to indicate regular entree or vegetarian entree.
  • Number of child meals (age 5 to 5th grade) needed - be sure to indicate regular entree (1/2 portion) or child's entree.
  • Number of child meals (4 and under) needed.
  • Number and ages of children needing nursery care. Nursery care is available for children up to four years of age.

To make a reservation by phone: Call the office (770-536-0126) by noon on Monday.

To cancel a reservation: Call the parish office before noon on Monday. We call the caterer at noon each Monday to let her know how many meals to make, so cancellations after that time, or 'no shows' will still be expected to pay for the meal. Thank you for understanding.
